I’m exhausted.

Not only do I have a baby, and a full-time job, but I’m trying to build a wedding business on the side.  Maybe I’m building a little too much!  I had to do the flowers for THREE weddings this weekend, and I’m spent.  Luckily, we have an adorable girl in our ward that has been coming to weddings with us just to see how we work and if it would be a field she’d enjoy as a career.  She came on Saturday and helped me put arrangements together and she was a natural.  I had NO problem claiming a couple of her bouquets as mine.  If she got done with flowers and felt like holding Hannah instead, she kept the baby occupied while I worked.  It was a fantastic combined effort, and the weddings looked amazing.  Whew!  I’m so glad that they all ended well and that our friend is willing to keep coming back since we’re actually going to pay her now for the work she does.  I still need a nap though.  It sucks to have to work all day at a computer, work all evening at the flowers and then get woken up by a baby in the night when you haven’t been able to play with her at all during the day!  I miss my baby and I miss my sleep.  Camping this weekend will be a MUCH needed vacation.  YAY for long holiday weekends!
